Frequently Asked Questions
How long does each service take?
We take about 30 minutes per service, for both hair and makeup. When it comes to the Bride we allow roughly 45 minutes for each service so she never feels rushed and we have some time to make day-of changes. Typically if a service runs a little longer, we will end up having another service that takes a bit less time, but we also add in a little breathing room.
What products do you use?
We always use products that we LOVE! For hair that includes: Kenra, Surface and Matrix.
Do you travel?
Yes! We specialize in on-location services. We will travel where ever you need us to go to get you ready on your wedding day, or for your photo shoot. Travel is based on mileage in-state and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state locations. If we have to travel anywhere that will take longer than 3 hours to get to, and your start time is before 10am, we do request that you book us a room for the night before.
Will you stay for the entire day?
We typically leave after we complete the services on our contract. But we are happy to stay longer if you would like a touch-up after the first-look or the ceremony. This time will be billed at our hourly rate.
What types of photo shoots do you work on?
We have done hair and makeup for lots of senior pictures as well as a few creative photography projects with some of the photographers we partner with. We also have experience with a few runway shows. We love getting to do work that is outside of our "typical"work, so get in touch and we can brainstorm!
